Chillvora offers complimentary shipping on all orders with full tracking and security features — no purchase minimum applies.

How We Process Orders
Your order enters our fulfillment process within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). A confirmation message will arrive in your inbox immediately upon order submission.

Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, packages typically arrive within 4–14 business days depending on destination. Estimated delivery windows shown during checkout are approximate and not binding.

Package Tracking
You will receive tracking information via email after your package leaves our facility. Allow 2–3 business days following dispatch for the first tracking update to display on the carrier's system.

Modifying Orders & Delivery Addresses
To modify your delivery location or request order cancellation, reach out to contact@chillvora.com without delay. Most adjustments can be accommodated before shipment; once the package is in transit, modifications cannot be made.

Address Errors
Chillvora bears no liability for shipping delays or missing items resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address details supplied by the buyer. Should a package be returned to us because of an address mistake, we will reach out to arrange redelivery at no additional charge.

Packages Not Arriving on Time
Should your package tracking remain unchanged for 7 or more business days, please notify us and we will file a claim with the carrier.

Items Damaged In Transit or Not Received
Report damaged merchandise or missing packages right away by contacting contact@chillvora.com and providing your order reference number (include photographs for damage claims). We will send a replacement item or process a full refund.
